All designs, slogans, concepts and ideas contained on laxlicious.com are the sole property of Virtual Farm Creative, Inc. and may be reproduced uner NO CIRCUMSTANCES without express permission in writing from Virtual Farm Creative, Inc. All violations of U.S. copyright law will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
SHIPPING TIMES: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering; however some oders make take up to 48 hours to process. After items are shipped it usually takes about 5-7 business days for delivery. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
SIZING: All shirts are adult sized, 50% polyester and 50% pre-shrunk cotton and run true to your regular size.
RETURNS: laxlicious.com will accept returns for unworn, undamaged products that do not meet your expectations. Customer must pay for shipping on all returns and exchanges.

These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between laxlicious.com and you governing your use of the Website.
